Cancellation policies for transportation services:
1. Cancellations made 5 hours before the time established for the transportation service will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the service.
2. Cancellations made 6 or up to 23 hours before the established time of the transportation service will be penalized with 20% of the total amount of the service.
3. The non-presentation of the client at the established meeting point without prior notification will be penalized with 100% of the amount paid.
4. The full refund of the amount paid for the service will proceed in the following cases:
a) When the service is canceled by the supplier.
b) Due to illness of him or the clients presenting an authorized medical report that supports it.
c) When the service is canceled more than 24 hours before the time established for the transportation service.
Tours Cancellation Policies:
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 6:00pm the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
